Melissa Derickson, founder and current owner of Give & Take, Inc. and www.shopgiveandtake.com, is quoted saying "we saw potential here six or seven years ago", referring to her long-running involvement in Tampa's central business district as well as the Channel District, where Give & Take, Inc. is currently located.
