Froelich for The Tampa Tribune, discusses the flourishing downtown Tampa communities, as well as highlights numerous business' who have decided to make downtown their location of choice. Melissa Derickson, founder and current owner of Give & Take, Inc. and www.shopgiveandtake.com, is quoted saying "we saw potential here six or seven years ago", referring to her long-running involvement in Tampa's central business district as well as the Channel District, where Give & Take, Inc. is currently located.
