Give & Take's owners took delivery of a newly constructed, street level retail space located at 101 N 12th Street, Unit #101 in Tampa, FL. The space is approximately 1400 square feet, with tremendous street visibilty on the North East corner of 12th Street & Whiting Street in the channelside district of downtown Tampa.

This space is located in what is known as the Model T building, adjacent to the Victory Lofts. According to city records, what is now known as the Model T building was originally built in the 1920's as a storage and distribution warehouse for automobiles, which included Ford Model T's. Helps the explain the name.

Renovation of the space has begun, with great attention being payed to the custom-built retail fixtures, privately acquired modern furniture pieces, and custom lighting fixtures. The renovations are expected to be completed by the third week in October, to keep the store opening on track for October 31st, 2006!
